- To bring out the flavor, the fruit is marinated in the liquor and fruit juices overnight prior to blending with fresh breadcrumbs, brown sugar and spices.
- The ingredients include Currants, Wheat flour, Brown sugar, Sultanas, Raisins, Bread crumbs, Orange & Lemon peel, Sugar syrup, Cider, Brandy , Orange juice, lemon juice, Molasses, Malt extract, Salt, mixed Spices, Lemon oil, Almond oil, Vine Fruits.
